This page explains what information I collect through jennhampton.com, how I use it, and the choices you have. ### Who I am This website is operated by Jenn Hampton (“I,” “me,” or “my”). You can reach me at jenn@jennhampton.com ### Information I collect **Information you give me.** When you schedule a session, book Tea Time, fill out a form, or send a message, I may collect your name, email address, phone number, time zone, and anything you choose to share in a message or intake form. **Payment information.** If you pay for a session, your payment is handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. I do not see or store your full card number. I receive confirmation that the payment was made, along with your name, email, and the amount. **Information collected automatically.** When you visit the site, standard technology collects details such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and approximate location based on your IP address. This happens through cookies and similar tools. ### How I use your information - To schedule, confirm, and hold your sessions - To process payments and send receipts - To respond to your questions and messages - To send reminders and information about your session - To keep the website working, secure, and easy to use - To meet legal and tax obligations I do not sell your personal information. ### Sharing your information I share information only with the service providers who help me run this website and my sessions, such as my website and scheduling platform (HubSpot), my payment processor(Stripe), and my video meeting (Zoom) or email tools. They may use your information only to provide their services to me. I may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of others. ### Cookies This site uses cookies to make it work and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as scheduling, may not work as well without them. ### Coaching and confidentiality What you share in a coaching session stays between us, with limited exceptions: when you give me permission, when the law requires me to share information, or when someone may be at risk of serious harm. Coaching is not therapy or medical care, and I’d encourage you to share only what you feel comfortable sharing in forms and messages. ### How long I keep your information I keep your information for as long as I need it to provide my services, keep business and tax records, and meet legal requirements. After that, I delete it or remove identifying details. ### Your choices and rights You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in the message, or by writing to me. To make a request, email me at jenn@jennhampton.com, and I’ll respond within a reasonable time. ### How I protect your information I use reputable platforms with security measures to protect your information. No website or online service can promise complete security, so please use judgment when sharing sensitive details online. ### Children This site is meant for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. ### Links to other sites This site may link to other websites. I’m not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies. ### Changes to this policy I may update this policy from time to time.
